Dear colleagues,

  We are in urgent need for one or two 100 micron thick double side polished
wafers. We already contacted Virginia Semiconductors who seems to be the
only supplier for such a wafers, but it takes them 3 months to prepare the
wafers and besides they are selling atleast five of them at a time (which
turns out to be too expensive for us).
  Does anyone now any other supplier for such wafers? Or does anyone have one
or two such a wafers to sell us?
