Dear MEMS Researchers,

We are performing 10 micron deep boron diffusion using solid boron sources,
and are getting huge pits (10 micron diameter) on the doped surfaces.

I would appreciate any information on the cause of this pitting problem or
any papers/references regarding this problem.
