Hello Andreas,
LinkCAD (www.linkcad.com) is a program which converts between a variety of CAD
formats including cif and PS. It works on windows, unix and linux.
I used it once for converting GDS-II to PS on a windows system and found it
worked smoothly.
It is possible to download a 15-day trial from the website.
Good luck,
Sjoerd Haasl
